Bike Alliance Homecoming Weekend Group Ride

Join the Bike Alliance for a Homecoming group ride on Saturday, October 9th! We'll leave from the Sadler Terrace and head out on a ride through Williamsburg along the Powhatan Creek Trail and Colonial Parkway with a stop at Charly’s Airport Restaurant for lunch. Friends, family, and alumni are welcome to join!
We’ll be offering a beginner 8 mile, 17 mile, and 22 mile option; the start time will depend on which option you choose to ride:
- 22 mile group - 9:30am
- 17 mile group - 10:00am
- 8 mile group - 10:15am
Show up a few minutes early to check in and make sure your bike is ready for the road. Here’s the map of the route. Bring cash or card for lunch.
As always, helmets are required. If you don't have one, there are some available for purchase at the Parking & Transportation Office for $10 each.
If you haven't already done so, be sure to also sign the Participant Agreement for this academic year. This is required in order to participate in all Bike Alliance rides.
