Gather with classmates to celebrate your 20th Reunion! Set in the iconic Sunken Garden, this festive evening will feature a selection of small plates and reception-style bites curated by your class ambassadors, complemented by beer, wine and a specialty cocktail, with a mocktail option available. Reconnect, reminisce and hear what your classmates have been up to since 2006.
Menu:
- Cheese Board: Eggplant; roasted red pepper; parmesan and ricotta savory cheesecake; assorted fine domestic & imported cheeses, sliced, cubed and whole; gourmet crackers; gluten-free crackers; French bread; seasonal fruit garnish
- Pecan-crusted skewered chicken with a maple-cayenne dipping sauce, served warm
- Molasses-cured salmon gravlax, accompanied by fennel mustard & French bread crisps
- Pork, ginger & garlic meatballs with peanuts, scallions and a spicy soy glaze, served warm
- Sweet potato, white bean & spinach cakes with a cranberry-ginger chutney, served warm
- Pepper-crusted bistro beef, served with horseradish crème fraîche, Pommery mustard and dinner rolls
