Registration
Online registration closes on Oct. 10.
On-site registration will be available during the following times in Hunter Hall A at the Alumni House:
- Thursday, Oct. 17: noon-5 p.m.
- Friday, Oct. 18: 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Saturday, Oct. 19: 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
On-site registration for evening events in the Sunken Garden will be available on Friday, Oct. 18 from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 19 from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Discounts
Early-bird pricing ended at 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 25. The discount for those who register for both a reunion reception and the Saturday Night Bash is valid through Oct. 10, when online registration closes (the code is available in registration during checkout). Special Young Guarde pricing is valid both online through Oct. 10 and during on-site registration throughout the weekend.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be made prior to Sept. 30, after which no refunds will be made.
Alumni and friends are welcome to stay at any property of their choosing in the Greater Williamsburg Area. Please note, this year we are not offering hotel blocks for reunion years. However, many of the area hotels offer discounts for Homecoming & Reunion Weekend. Several area hotels are listed on the university accommodations page.
When you arrive on campus, please check in at the Alumni House and pick up your nametag, class button and other giveaways. Your nametag will include your scannable ticket to Homecoming events. Staff will also be available to answer any questions you may have about the weekend’s events.

On-site registration for evening events in the Sunken Garden will be available during each event as well, but name tags, class buttons and other giveaways will only be available at the Alumni House.
Class Photos will be taken at the following times:
- 50th (Class of 1974) - 11:45 a.m.
- 45th (Class of 1979) - 12 p.m.
- 40th (Class of 1984) - 12:15 p.m.
- 35th (Class of 1989) - 12:30 p.m.
- 30th (Class of 1994) - 12:45 p.m.
- 25th (Class of 1999) - 1 p.m.
- 20th (Class of 2004) - 1:15 p.m.
- 15th (Class of 2009) - 1:30 p.m.
- 10th (Class of 2014) - 1:45 p.m.
- 5th (Class of 2019) - 2 p.m.
Parking
Due to high traffic volume during Homecoming, there is limited 15-minute temporary and handicapped parking near the Alumni House on Thursday and Friday to accommodate registration.

Directions
By Train
Amtrak serves the Williamsburg Transportation Center with a connecting train from Washington, D.C.
By Plane
Norfolk, Newport News/Williamsburg and Richmond International Airports are all close to campus.
By Car
From the Richmond Airport and points west:
- Interstate 64 East
- Exit 234 to the right (199 East)
- Travel 8 miles, then turn left down Jamestown Road
From the Norfolk Airport and points east:
- Interstate 64 West
- Exit 242-A (199 West)
- Travel 5.2 miles, then turn right down Jamestown Road

Uber or Lyft
Either app can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play.
Pro tip: Check that your driver’s license plate, photo and name match what’s in the app.

Bus Transportation
William & Mary has an ongoing contract with Williamsburg Area Transit Authority (WATA) to provide bus services for William & Mary students, faculty, and staff.
The campus bus system is designated Route 8. It provides a bus dedicated to daily transportation throughout campus seven days a week. Route 8 also provides a connection with other lines in the greater Williamsburg area through buses on a circuit loop, every 30 minutes.

Wristbands will be issued at various events for participants who wish to consume alcohol.
- Individuals must provide photo ID with proof of age to pick up his/her wristband when consuming alcohol.
- Wristbands are not transferable.
- Do not remove your wristband for the duration of the event.
