Parking Details

To accommodate Homecoming registration, there is limited 15-minute temporary and handicapped parking near the Alumni House on Thursday and Friday.

Golf carts are available throughout the weekend for those with limited mobility. You can call 757-221-1750 to request a golf cart before, during or after an event.

Limited paid parking is available in Colonial Williamsburg, which is a close walking distance to campus.

NEW! Shuttle Service

Due to limited parking availability during Homecoming, auxiliary event parking will be offered Friday and Saturday at Water Country USA, which is closed for the season. Shuttles will run between the Water Country USA parking lot and campus in front of Blow Hall, at Dawson Circle and Richmond Road. Signage will clearly mark the shuttle stop, and volunteers will be available to direct you to the correct location.

Water Country USA is located at 176 Water Country Pkwy, Williamsburg, VA 23185. Take Interstate 64 to Exit 242B (199 East/Marquis Center Parkway). Travel one mile, then turn right into the parking lot.

Shuttle Schedule

Shuttles will leave roughly every 30 minutes in each direction, with increased capacity during peak times. After 10 p.m., the shuttles will only run from William & Mary to Water Country USA. Please note that the parking lot gates will be closed at midnight on Friday night and 1 a.m. on Saturday night. Any remaining cars inside will be locked in.

Friday

• Shuttles begin at 7:30 a.m.

• Last shuttle back to Water Country USA departs at 11:30 p.m.

• Due to the Homecoming Parade, shuttles will pause between 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Saturday

• Shuttles begin at 7:30 a.m.

• Last shuttle back to Water Country USA departs at 12:30 a.m.
